About This Trial
As an activator of inhibiting nuclear factor kB receptor, denosumab affects osteoclast differentiation and development by inhibiting OPG/RANKL-RANK bone regulatory axis pathway. * patients with knee osteoarthritis whose inclusion criteria meet the "diagnostic criteria for arthritis" .
