Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥ 55 years
* At least one episode of postmenopausal bleeding (PMB)
* Endometrial biopsy available from at Mayo Clinic (MN, AZ, FL), Mayo Clinic Health System (MCHS), or an external institution
* Acceptance to participate in the study
