About This Trial
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the analgesic effect of locoregional anaesthesia, specifically the interpectoral pectoserratus plane (IPP-PSP) block, in comparison to a placebo (sham block) after Aortic Valve Replacement via Right Anterior Minithoracotomy (AVR-RAT).
