This trial is looking for patients who are on dialysis or have severe kidney disease. Participants will take part in a specific physical activity training program to help improve their health.

- I am on dialysis or have severe kidney disease.
- I can understand and complete questionnaires.

- I have a heart or lung disease that prevents me from exercising.
