About This Trial
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is hallmarked by the presence of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and may present various symptoms including arrhythmia and heart failure. Mutations in the genes related to sarcomeric proteins and metabolic disorders are known causes of HCM.
