Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Age: 18-80 years;
2. Patients with acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusion within 24 hours of onset who will receive endovascular treatment;
3. Pre-stroke mRS: 0-1;
4. Baseline NIHSS: ≥6;
5. Signed informed consent.
