* All patients aged\>18 years and undergoing elective cardiac surgery.
Exclusion Criteria:
1. . Redo Cardiac surgery.
2. . Pre-existing CNS disease (like Parkinson's disease) or Brain injury or Psychiatric disorder
3. . Emergency cardiac surgery
