This trial is looking for people with advanced solid tumors to test a new drug called LY4170156. Participants will be monitored for safety and effectiveness over about 4 years.
You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer
- I have been diagnosed with advanced endometrial cancer
- I have been diagnosed with cervical cancer
- I have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer
- I have been diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer
- I have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer
- I have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer
You may not be able to join if
- I have known or suspected uncontrolled brain metastases
- I have a history of carcinomatous meningitis
- I have an active uncontrolled infection
- I have corneal keratopathy or a history of corneal transplant
- I have serious unresolved side effects from previous treatment
- I have significant heart disease
- I have a QTcF interval of 470 ms or more
- I am pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to breastfeed during the study
