This trial is looking for people with advanced solid tumors to test a new drug called LY4170156. Participants will be monitored for safety and effectiveness over about 4 years.

  • I have been diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer
  • I have been diagnosed with advanced endometrial cancer
  • I have been diagnosed with cervical cancer
  • I have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer
  • I have been diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer
  • I have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer
  • I have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer

You may not be able to join if

  • I have known or suspected uncontrolled brain metastases
  • I have a history of carcinomatous meningitis
  • I have an active uncontrolled infection
  • I have corneal keratopathy or a history of corneal transplant
  • I have serious unresolved side effects from previous treatment
  • I have significant heart disease
  • I have a QTcF interval of 470 ms or more
  • I am pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to breastfeed during the study

About This Trial

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the study drug, LY4170156, is safe, tolerable and effective in participants with advanced solid tumors. The study is conducted in two parts - phase Ia (dose-escalation, dose-optimization) and phase Ib (dose-expansion). The study will last up to approximately 4 years.
