This trial is looking for adults who have recently had an ischemic stroke. Participants will try virtual reality therapy sessions along with regular therapy and share their experiences through surveys.

- I am over 18 years old
- I have been diagnosed with ischemic stroke
- I can follow multiple step instructions
You may not be able to join if
- I cannot move both arms
- I have a history of vertigo or inner ear problems
- I have epilepsy
- I cannot start therapy during my hospital stay
- I am pregnant
- I have a condition that makes it hard to use virtual reality

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age \> 18
* MRI or CT imaging confirmed ischemic stroke
* Able to follow multistep commands
Exclusion Criteria:
* Plegia in both arms
* Previous reported history of vertigo or inner ear dysfunction
* Patients with epilepsy
* Patients who cannot begin therapy during admission…
