Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adult patients with locally advanced colorectal cancer. Participants will receive a combination of three medications to assess their effectiveness and safety as a treatment option.

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 18 and 70 years old.
  • I have advanced colorectal cancer that can't be treated with radiation.
  • I have not received any previous treatment for my cancer.
  • I have a confirmed diagnosis of a specific type of colon or upper rectum cancer.
  • I can understand and agree to participate in this study.
  • I have a reasonable chance of survival for at least 12 weeks.
  • My overall health allows me to participate in the trial.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have had a severe allergic reaction to the medications being tested.
  • I have taken part in another clinical trial in the past 4 weeks.
  • I have another active cancer diagnosed within the last 5 years.
  • I have a history of severe bleeding in the last 4 weeks.
  • I have uncontrolled high blood pressure or severe heart problems.
  • I have an active infection requiring treatment.
  • I have a history of certain gastrointestinal or neurological disorders.
  • I have a current serious medical condition that could affect my participation.
