Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age: 10-21 years
* Diagnosis of pilonidal disease
* Fitzpatrick skin type IV, V, or VI
Exclusion Criteria:
* History of photosensitivity
* Actively inflamed pilonidal sinus (will be offered enrollment upon resolution).
