This trial is looking for patients aged 18 to 75 who have advanced cancer. Participants will take TQB3107 tablets to help evaluate the safety and proper dosage of the treatment.
You may be able to join if
- I am between 18 and 75 years old.
- I have an advanced malignant tumor.
- My major organs are functioning well.
- I have a negative pregnancy test if I am female and not pregnant.
- I agree to use contraception during and for 6 months after the study.
- I willfully want to participate and can follow the study's rules.
You may not be able to join if
- I have a blood cancer that involves my brain or have primary brain lymphoma.
- I have had major surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy in the past 4 weeks.
- I have severe or uncontrolled diseases that may put me at risk in this study.
- I have a history of drug addiction or substance abuse.
- I have other serious health issues that the investigator thinks could affect my safety or the study.
