Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for people with knee osteoarthritis who have moderate to severe knee pain. Participants will use cannabidiol (CBD) to see if it helps relieve their pain during physical activities.

You may be able to join if

  • I have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis.
  • I have moderate to severe knee pain of 4 or more out of 10.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I currently use cannabis products.
  • I have a medical condition that could affect my safety.
  • I have had major surgery in the last 3 months.
  • I have used another investigational drug in the last 3 months.
  • My BMI is 45 or higher.
  • I take certain enzyme-modifying medications.
  • I have a history of suicidal thoughts or behavior.
