Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age≥65 years
* Expected operation time≥ 2 hours
* Postoperative hospital stay≥ 4 days
* Sign the informed consent form

* Neurosurgery or cardiac surgery
* Emergency surgery within 6 hours of admission
