* 18 - 50 years of age
* at least 50 kg
* autoimmune/inflammatory disease groups : with a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematous, rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's disease, type 1 diabetes or endometriosis
