Who this trial is looking for
This trial is looking for adults aged 29 to 85 with a recently found lung nodule. Participants will provide a nasal swab to help doctors decide on the best treatment options based on test results.

You may be able to join if
- I can tolerate a nasal swab
- I have signed the consent form
- I have a new lung nodule found in the last 90 days
- I have a CT report for my nodule
- I am 29 to 85 years old
- I am a current or former smoker
- My lung nodule is 30 mm or smaller
You may not be able to join if
- I have active cancer (except non-melanoma skin cancer)
- I have had primary lung cancer before
- I have participated in this study before
- I am currently on treatment with an investigational device or drug
- I am enrolled in another clinical trial that might affect my treatment
- I am using any tools or tests for lung nodule risk assessment that are not clinically validated

* Able to tolerate nasal epithelial specimen collection
* Signed written Informed Consent obtained
* Subject clinical history available for review by sponsor and regulatory agencies
* New nodule identified on imaging \< 90 days prior to nasal sample collection
