This trial is looking for people with certain advanced gastrointestinal cancers. Participants will receive a treatment called sacituzumab tirumotecan alone or with other therapies to see how it works and if it's safe.

You may be able to join if
- I have advanced colorectal cancer that can't be surgically removed.
- I have advanced pancreatic cancer and have had prior treatment.
- I have an advanced biliary tract cancer and have had prior treatment.
- I have an advanced biliary tract cancer and have not had prior treatment.
- I have recovered from any side effects of previous cancer treatments.
You may not be able to join if
- I have a history of severe eye disease.
- I received systemic cancer treatment in the last 4 weeks.
- I have a history of pneumonitis or interstitial lung disease that needed steroids.
- I currently have pneumonitis or interstitial lung disease.
