This trial is looking for pregnant women who smoke and want to quit. Participants will set a quit date and receive support to help them stop smoking.
Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
You may be able to join if
- I am less than 24 weeks pregnant
- I am over 18 years old
- I currently smoke more than 3 cigarettes a day
- I am willing to quit smoking in the next 2 weeks
- I am enrolled in prenatal care at Loma Linda University Health or Riverside University Health System
You may not be able to join if
- I have severe mental health problems that prevent me from giving consent or participating
- I have used nicotine replacement therapy or joined a cessation program in the last 30 days
- I am unwilling to participate in interviews or focus groups

Inclusion Criteria:
* \< 24 weeks pregnant
* age \> 18 years,
* current smokers (100 cigarettes in their lifetime and \>3 cigarettes per day in the last 7 days; including poly-tobacco use, combining cigarettes with non-combustible products) confirmed by expired carbon monoxide (CO)
