Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Major patient
* Moderate to severe acute respiratory distress syndrom (Arterial oxygen pressure /Inspired Fraction of oxygen ratio \< 200) requiring at least one VD session.
* Affiliated to the French social security system
* Sedated patient on mechanical ventilation
