About This Trial
Primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) is a rare chronic, progressive, cholestatic liver disease that leads to cirrhosis and its life-threatening complications if undertreated. Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) is the standard-of-care therapy for PBC.
