Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Adults with a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease referred for deep brain stimulation surgery evaluation at the University of Colorado
Exclusion Criteria:
* Atypical Parkinsonism
* Diagnosis of Dementia
