Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria: * Postmenopausal patients * Being under outpatient follow-up for osteoporosis for at least one year Exclusion Criteria: * Orthopedic, rheumatic, and neurological conditions that may hinder participation in exercise * Cancer * Refusal to participate in the study
