Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
-Clinical diagnosis of ischemic stroke, autoimmune ecephalitis, Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders, or multiple sclerosis, etc.al
Exclusion Criteria:
* Claustrophobia
* Metal Implants
* Pregancy
* Breast-feeding
* Renal insufficiency (GFR \< 60 mL/min/1.73m2)
