This trial is looking for cancer patients who are eligible for specific gene testing. Participants will undergo a test that helps doctors choose the right drugs and doses for their cancer treatment.

You may be able to join if

  • I am 18 years or older.
  • I have given my written consent to participate.
  • I am eligible for single-gene DPYD testing.
  • I am currently receiving or will receive a fluoropyrimidine-based chemotherapy.
  • I can provide extra buccal swabs if needed for testing.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have a history of prior allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation.
  • I have a history of liver transplantation.

About This Trial

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the impact of a microarray PGx test on prescribing/dosing of drugs and cancer treatments in patients with cancer who are currently eligible for single-gene DPYD testing.
