Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients of either sex
* age from 4 to 14 years
* Patients with American society Anesthesiologist physical status I and II
* Patients undergoing elective surgeries
Exclusion Criteria:
* ASA more than III
* Drug allergy.
* Gastrointestinal disorders.
