Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Know case of beta thalassemia major/ intermediate ( transfusion dependent)
* willing to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with comorbidities such as liver dysfunction
* Married patients
* Lactating mother
* H/O thrombosis and fits
