Inclusion Criteria:
* OSA patients
* Aged over 20 years
Exclusion Criteria:
* BMI≧ 32
* Central or mixed types of sleep apnea
* A history of malignancy or infection of the head and neck region and laryngeal trauma
* Craniofacial malformation
* Stroke
