Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Patients who are \>45 years of age; intended to undergo elective first TKA under general anesthesia
2. ASA grade II-III.
3. Agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form.
4. BMI less than 28Kg/m2.
