This trial is looking for patients with advanced endometrial cancer or platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. Participants will receive a new treatment called SSGJ-707 along with standard chemotherapy to see how well it works and how safe it is.
You may be able to join if
- I am between 18 and 75 years old
- I have advanced endometrial cancer or platinum-resistant ovarian cancer
- I have a good performance status (ECOG scores of 0 or 1)
- I expect to live for at least 12 weeks
- I can provide signed consent to participate
You may not be able to join if
- I have uncontrolled or symptomatic brain metastases
- I had serious side effects from past cancer treatments
- I have poor organ or bone marrow function
- I am pregnant or breastfeeding
- I am allergic to SSGJ-707
