This trial is looking for veterans who may benefit from lung cancer screening. Participants will be assessed to see if they qualify for screening based on age, smoking history, or a specific health prediction model.

You may be able to join if
- I am a veteran assigned to a primary care provider.
- I am aged 50 to 80 years old.
- I have a smoking history of at least 20 pack-years.
- I am currently smoking or quit smoking less than 15 years ago.
- I meet specific health prediction criteria for lung cancer screening.
You may not be able to join if
- I have been screened for lung cancer before.
- I have been diagnosed with lung cancer.
- I do not meet the eligibility criteria for screening.

About This Trial
Lung cancer is responsible for more deaths in the United States than breast, prostate and colon cancer combined and is the number one cancer killer of Veterans. This is because lung cancer is usually diagnosed when the disease has spread, and cure is less likely. Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
Veterans assigned a PCP at a participating site and who meet inclusion criteria at any point during the study timeframe will be enrolled into the trial. There will be two paths to patient inclusion:
