This trial is looking for adults aged 18 to 70 with moderate to severe dry eye symptoms like burning, itching, or feeling like something is in their eye. Participants will be trying eye drops made from stem cell exosomes to see if they help reduce these symptoms.
You may be able to join if
- I have moderate or severe dry eye symptoms.
- I am aged between 18 and 70 years.
- I feel burning or itching in my eyes.
- I feel like there is something in my eye.
You may not be able to join if
- I have had eye surgery in the past.
- I have a disease that affects my immune system.
- I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
- I have eyelid abnormalities.
- I have used eye drops in the past year, except artificial tears.
- I have taken medications that affect my tear film in the last three months.
- I have worn contact lenses in the last three months.
