This trial is looking for women aged 18-65 with multiple sclerosis who are not currently having an attack. Participants will explore how different diets affect their quality of life, sleep, and hunger hormones.
You may be able to join if
- I am a woman aged 18-65.
- I have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
- I am not currently having an MS attack.
- I have had a brain MRI in the last three months.
- I have not followed specific diets in the last three months.
- I do not have any eating behavior disorders.
- I have a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 and 29.9.
- I have not lost 5% or more of my body weight in the last month.
You may not be able to join if
- I have any other autoimmune disease that could affect the study.
- I am currently in menopause.
- I am under 18 or over 65 years old.
- I have received cancer treatment in the past.
- I have other neurological diseases like Parkinson's or epilepsy.
- I have had significant dietary changes in the last three months.
- I currently have a physical disability.
- I have communication problems.
