Who this trial is looking for
This trial is looking for older adults to help understand blood markers related to Alzheimer's disease. Participants will provide blood samples and medical information to help researchers learn how to diagnose and predict Alzheimer's using blood tests.

You may be able to join if
- I am at least 60 years old
- I have symptoms of forgetfulness or mild cognitive issues
- I am invited to participate as part of the SEABIRD group
You may not be able to join if
- I cannot perform basic daily activities due to cognitive issues
- I have uncontrolled hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV
- I am taking a disease-modifying drug for Alzheimer's disease
- I have had a blood transfusion in the last three months
- I am unwilling or unable to participate in all study activities

About This Trial
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationships between amyloid, tau, and neurodegeneration biomarkers in the blood and the presence of Alzheimer's disease (AD) pathology, clinical cognitive decline, and diagnosis. Inclusion Criteria:
* At least 60 years of age
* 80% of the newly enrolled clinic-based cohort will have symptoms of forgetfulness, mild cognitive impairment, mild dementia, or Alzheimer's disease as determined by their medical chart and/or provider
