Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Age \> 18 years old;
2. Acute ischemic stroke with onset ≤ 14 days;
3. Previously or during this hospitalization diagnosed with non-valvular atrial fibrillation;
4. Informed consent obtained from the patient or his/her legal representative;
