Inclusion Criteria:
Volunteers:
* Adults \> 18 years
* Healthy with no malignancy, demyelinating disease, back pain, degenerative disease, or spinal cord lesions.
* Consent able patients.
Patients with low volume LMD to receive treatment CNS radiation:
* Adults \> 18 years old.
