Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* women aged 45+
* postmenopausal
* osteoporotic with high risk of fracture
Exclusion Criteria:
* no significant previous use of bone health modifying treatments
* known congenital or acquired bone disease other than osteoporosis
