Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age: more than 6 months.
* Type of hypospadias: proximal penile hypospadias (scrotal and penoscrotal variants)
Exclusion Criteria:
* Age: less than 6 months.
* Perineal hypospadias.
* circumcised patients.
* Previous hypospadias repair
