Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with certain types of colorectal cancer. Participants will receive a combination of Cadonilimab, chemotherapy, and another medication called bevacizumab as their first-line treatment.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 18 and 75 years old.
  • I can provide written consent.
  • I have been diagnosed with RAS mutated or right-sided metastatic colorectal cancer.
  • I have at least one measurable tumor.
  • I have not received systemic treatment for my cancer.
  • I have good organ function.
  • I have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • The time since my last treatment is more than 12 months.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have received PD-1 or PD-L1 antibody treatment before.
  • I have other active cancers within the last 3 years, except for some specific types.
  • I have untreated brain metastases or serious complications from my cancer.
  • I have active autoimmune diseases that require treatment.
  • I have taken certain treatments within 2 weeks of starting this trial.
  • I am currently in another clinical study.
  • I have clinical symptoms of fluid buildup that needs frequent drainage.
  • I cannot take the medications or treatments required by the study.
