Inclusion Criteria: * Diagnosis of pulp necrosis with apical periodontitis (AP) confirmed by pulp tests, clinical and radiographic evidence. * Tooth with no response to cold and electric pulp testing (done at screening). * Single canalled premolars with intact pulp chamber walls. * Patient must be …
