Inclusion Criteria:
* to be over 18 years old
* to undergo surgery for a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament
Exclusion Criteria:
* to have metabolic or autoimmune diseases
* to undergo revision anterior cruciate ligament surgery or anterior cruciate ligament repair
