Inclusion Criteria:
Participants eligible for cases with endometriosis and adenomyosis, must meet the following criteria:
* Able to give informed consent for participation in the study.
* European descent.
* Confirmed diagnosis of both endometriosis and adenomyosis through ultrasound screening.
