Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* 1\) aged 35-65 years old, in good systemic healthy;
* 2\) clinically diagnosed with generalized stage Ⅱ or stage Ⅲ periodontitis;
* 3\) a minimum of 20 teeth
