Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Age ≥60 years old
2. Total hip arthroplasty under general anesthesia
3. ASA II-III
4. Informed consent was obtained from patients or their guardians

1. Allergy or contraindication to dexmedetomidine
