Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for individuals with mild to moderate dementia and their family caregivers. Participants will engage in a 16-week exercise program designed to improve their well-being together.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I have been diagnosed with dementia
  • I have a HK-MoCA score of 8-19
  • I live with the person with dementia
  • I identify as the primary family caregiver
  • I provide care for at least 4 hours a day
  • I have a smartphone for FaceTime

You may not be able to join if

  • I have engaged in 60 minutes or more of moderate or vigorous exercise in the past 6 months
  • I have acute muscular-skeletal problems
  • I have a cerebro-cardio-respiratory disease or condition that contradicts exercise training
