This trial is looking for children under 18 who need a lumbar puncture. Participants will undergo an ultrasound before the procedure to see if it helps make the puncture more effective.

- I am under 18 years old
- I am scheduled to have a lumbar puncture
- My legal guardian has given consent
You may not be able to join if
- I have an infection in the skin or tissues where the puncture will be
- I have developmental defects of the spine or spinal cord
- My legal guardian has not given consent
- I have contraindications to lumbar puncture
