This trial is looking for adults with obesity to see how safe and well they tolerate a new treatment called AMG 513. Participants will receive either a single dose or multiple doses of the treatment during the study.
You may be able to join if
- I am a male or female between 18 and 65 years old.
- My body mass index (BMI) is between 30.0 and 40.0 for Part A or between 27.0 and 40.0 for Part B.
- I am not capable of becoming pregnant.
You may not be able to join if
- I have a history of diabetes or my blood sugar levels are too high.
- My triglyceride levels are too high.
