Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria: * PGY 1 and 2 doctors working in an orthopeadic department Exclusion Criteria: * More than 10 osteosynthesis of proximal femoral fractures performed as the primary surgeon. * Failure to achieve mastery within the 4-month follow-up window.s
