Inclusion Criteria:
* Subjects with Nonspecific frozen shoulder without specific identifiable etiology (i.e. infection, inflammatory disease)
* 40-65 years of age both males and females.
* Chronic shoulder pain \> 3 months.
* Positive capsular pattern.
