This trial is looking for adults between 18 and 80 years old who have a specific type of kidney disease called ADPKD. Participants will help evaluate a decision-making model for choosing Tolvaptan as a treatment.

  • I am between 18 and 80 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease stage 2 or 3.
  • I have been diagnosed with ADPKD classified as 1C, 1D, or 1E.
  • I can communicate and use digital devices.
  • I do not have severe visual impairment.
  • I do not have cognitive dysfunction.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have previously been treated with tolvaptan.
  • I am not allowed to take tolvaptan.
  • I have been judged ineligible by the investigator.
