This trial is looking for people with cataracts to test a special lens that can improve vision. Participants will need to have surgery to receive the lens and will be monitored for their visual performance afterward.
You may be able to join if
- I am 21 years old or older
- I have been diagnosed with age-related bilateral cataract
- My visual acuity is greater than 0.05
- My eye's axial length is between 21.00 and 27.00mm
- I have normal findings in my medical history and exam
- I can provide written consent before surgery
You may not be able to join if
- I have an active eye disease that could affect my vision
- I have other relevant eye conditions like pseudoexfoliation syndrome
- I have irregular astigmatism on corneal tomography
- I have severe dry eye disease
- I have had previous eye surgery or trauma
- I am pregnant or nursing
